All Sales Are Final

Because each SuNise & Co product is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. Every item is produced specifically for your selection of style, size, color, and customization, and therefore cannot be restocked or resold.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will resolve the issue promptly.

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and the problem

  • Your order number

Once reviewed, our team will provide the next steps and an appropriate resolution.

Returning Goods (If Authorized)

In rare situations where a return is authorized by SuNise & Co—for inspection of a defective item or other approved circumstances—you will be responsible for:

  • The cost of return shipping

  • Ensuring the item is securely packaged

  • Using a trackable and insured shipping method

SuNise & Co is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
