SuNise & Co – Shipping Policy

SuNise & Co takes pride in creating high-quality, custom-made products for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Processing Time

All products are made to order.

Typical production time:
3–14 business days (depending on order volume and item type)

During peak seasons (November–February), processing times may extend slightly.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping within the United States.

*Expedited options may not be available for all products.

These timelines do not include production time.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Flat-rate shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately at shop@suniseco.com

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address

  • If the order has shipped, we cannot redirect it

 

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, SuNise & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If this occurs:

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • You may also contact us for assistance, but resolution will depend on carrier policies

 

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

 

We will assist with replacement options based on the situation.

8. International Shipping

At this time, SuNise & Co primarily ships within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.
